Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of the receipt of your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In general, ENSO products are entitled to a 1 year warranty, but different products may have different terms. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds outside of exceptional circumstances.
